There was no communication with hotel .com we booked for 2 days only told they were fully booked the following day. however they promised to to sort it out and follow up.They gladly did and it was resolved. for that well done.we spent the second night there"

"The property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist. The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request. The aircon, which was essential leaked water when switched on. We put down a towel to catch the drips, but by morning the curtains (which incidently couldn't be opened) were drenched as was the towel we placed...
