"The hotel foyer/reception was like a building site. Whilst I was informed beforehand that work was being undertaken, I didn’t expect it to be so major. The reception (when we found it) was a small office room in which staff were eating their meals. We were directed to chalet accommodation which quite frankly was shabby ( stained carpets and linen).
