"Very good hospitality."

"Very central location, well managed and maintained! Standard to other Metropolitan hotels locations owned by JR East so you know what to expect when booking across the country, never disappoint :)"

"It was an 8 night stay and what stood out for me was the hard working staff who do their jobs well! "

"Great location super easy check in and check out great value for money"

"Staff was great, food was delicious and the onsen was relaxing"

"We had a fabulous stay here myself and adult daughter. The hotel was set in à beautiful area with lots to see (although you really need a car to get around and make the most of the area). The staff were exceptional even to the extent of posting on my daughter’s headphones which she accidentally left behind. The food was fantastic both dinner and breakfast. The highlight was the onsen which had a wonderful view over the river. Cannot recommend this enough"

"Lovely place. Worth the visit and definitely try the onsen. "

"I booked the hotel room at the last minute of Akita Kanto lantern festival without higher price. The room was very clean, hotel staff were helpful, and amenities were very good."

"Perfectly clean room, very helpful staffs, and the wonderful view from the breakfast place. "

"Very good!! Beautiful "

"大浴場で、足を伸ばしてお風呂にも入れ、サウナで気分もスッキリして、翌日の観光に備えることかできました。"

"Amazing staff, food and hospitality "

"Hotel is about an easy mile walk from the train station but is very near lots of eateries. Onsen is lovely, free ramen in the evenings made for a relaxing evening after a long day and the bread was nice."

"お部屋のリニューアルがされておりキレイでした。大浴場も利用しましたが満足できました。予定があり朝食は食べれず残念でした。"

"The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast which features local dishes. Kome eice is great. And as long as they serve small bowl of soup with Hinai Jidori meatballs, side dish of tonburi and cut nagaimo, I'll always choose this hotel. Staff are always nice and kind. A bit of local dialect that they speak also helps relax my mind. I appreciate the kind service and wonderful time while staying there. Arigato!"
