お部屋はリーズナブルなプランにしましたが、朝晩の食事はビュッフェ形式で品数も多く超豪華です。鹿肉や鰰にとんぶり、きりたんぽ鍋に稲庭うどんなど郷土料理がこれでもかというくらい並んでいます。チョコフォンデュもありました。2泊しましたが、ちゃんと日替わり料理もあり、大満足でした。もちろん温泉も最高でお肌ツルツル、そして湯上がりにアイスキャンデーやリンゴ酢もサービスであり、心も身体も満たされました。

Super nice getaway. There is not much around but this hotel is pretty much an all inclusive. They feed you breakfast and dinner buffet with late night snack as well. The food was great and overall was highly impressed with the value. Be careful planning your transportation too and from though as it is very limited.

東館に宿泊しましたがある程度の移動は覚悟していましたが結構な移動でした。でも部屋の広さを優先したのでレストランや浴室が遠くても満足でした。 1つ気になったのが部屋の電気ですが壁のスイッチだけではなくリモコンも置いてあると嬉しかったです。畳側を豆電球、ベッド側を消灯とやりたかったのですがスイッチだけだとどうしても出来なくて唯一そこだけが気になりました。 夕食と朝食ブュッフェも大変美味しく大満足でした。

東館に宿泊しました。スタッフの対応はとても良く、食事はビュッフェで郷土料理がいただけて美味しかったです。部屋の場所が食事場所までが少し遠いのですが、廊下に絵が飾られていて楽しめました。大浴場と露天風呂の場所が離れていて露天風呂がとても気持ちいいです。露天風呂へ移動しないとならないので、露天風呂に洗い場がないのが残念でした。

＜良かった点＞ 前日までのバスの送迎予約をしておらず、当日に電話をしたにも関わらず、快く対応いただけました。また、到着後のフロント対応含め、スタッフの方の対応はかなり良い方ではないかと思います。夕食は予約をしていなかったのですが、スタッフの方にお聞きして、ホテルから徒歩5分ほどのジンギスカン食堂を紹介してもらいました。 ＜もう少しの点＞ 浴場のお湯が子どもには熱かった(大人でも熱かったかも)。 田沢湖に行く際には、また宿泊できればと思います。

好大的酒店，自助早，晚餐都非常豐富，服務態度好好，解釋酒店設施，唯獨露天溫泉比較，也沒任何設施，如洗手厠，沖身設備！坐乳頭溫泉車，在杉谷地下車即到。

露天風呂を楽しみにしていたが、積雪で壊れたところがあって入れなかった。仕方のない事ですが、せめて、宿泊の確認の電話した時に、知らせて欲しかった。脱衣所の床が髪の毛がかなり溜まっていた。団体のお客様が入っていたようなので忙しくたいへんだったようですが・・・

田沢湖と乳頭温泉の中間地点でリーズナブルな価格。 古い旅館が合併しているようで、渡り廊下等動線が複雑。露天風呂はあるが外風呂とは別で洗い場がないし、枯葉等のゴミも多い。 朝食ビュッフェは品数も充実している。 コロナ禍を乗り越えがんばっていると思えるホテルでした。
