"Overall it was a good stay for a night however I think there are better hotels in the north of the island. For exemple, I much prefer their more boutique hotel Tropical. Cosier and more friendly. Thought we would try another hotel from the Attitude group. That being said, I think it’s a great hotel group for families. The staff seemed a little unmotivated and absent. We tried to go eat at their beach restaurant but it was booked out for a private event. Also their other à la carte restaurants...

"We really enjoyed our stay with Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort. The food was very good: the buffet was amazing particularly the fresh bread and grill, the deserts were okay but I still enjoyed them; the bookable restaurants are not at all authentic but they still offer some tasty food. The drinks weren’t great: beer was good but cocktails were not at all authentic and quite cheaply constructed; however, the coffee was nice but nothing to write home about. The staff were nice and really helpful...

"Our stay at the Oberoi was amazing in every aspect. The room was incredible. Service was the best of any hotel I’ve ever visited. In particular, Jeremy on the beach was a legend. Fantastic water sport options. The snorkelling was some of the best we’ve ever done anywhere. Best of all, the food was divine, including outstanding local options."

"A cozy resort with a lovely small beach area directly in front of the hotel, with the longer beach area easily accessible too. Hotel staff were all genuine, very friendly and helpful. Rooms all very big with balconies, sofa and seat in room and huge bathroom with walk in wardrobe area. Restaurant was nice with enough food choices but not huge ranges (with corresponding huge waste usually!) like other bigger resorts might have. Drinks and food not included in your plan were close to London...

"This is a very beautiful property. All rooms have a view of the ocean. We stayed in a more economical room and it was like staying in a tree house, so cool. Very nice breakfast as well. Keep in mind, there is not a big area for lounging on the beach here, but there is access to the ocean and a small beach. For a bigger lounging area you will need to go to a nearby beach (there is a shuttle)."

"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Our luggage was delayed for the duration of the stay here but the concierge made all efforts to try and track it down. Facilities are great especially for kids. Definitely be back at some point. "
