The hotel was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful
I emailed Concierge desk prior to our visit. Sabry communicated w me via email and we arranged a guided tour of the pyramids. Heba was our guide. She was great. She spoke English fluently and was very knowledgeable. She arranged to the tour to met our needs. I would highly recommend Heba. The tour was $$$ but very convenient and comfortable. The Concierge representatives were all pleasant and helpful at all hours of the day and night. The Hotel representatives at the front entrance were very welcoming and helpful especially with locating uber drivers. Sayed Sayed from Housekeeping was very friendly and accomodating. Ibrahim from Housekeeping cleaned and maintained our beautiful room. This hotel is truly a haven in a very busy crowded Cairo. I would recommend a Nile view room from a high floor. We were on the 9th floor; the view was amazing.
