"I booked this hotel based on phoney ratings from Hotel.com. First of all, the location of the hotel using google map is totally different from actual place on ground - 12 km apart. "It was the first days very noisy. grinding metal frames under my window. the work was not to be done in front of hotel with gaust but this was work what need to bedone in a workshop. (Welding and grinding). "The worst service hotel in the world pictures speaks for itself. Nigeria thats why people have to take update pictures this is crazy. The worst Neighborhood. No towels no toilet paper. "The hotel is nice and staffs at the front desk are very welcoming and friendly. Other staffs are not so nice, the rooms are quite spacious and unlike most hotels, the pictures match what you get and the facilities work. The floors however could use some cleaning. "Federal Palace has that vintage grandeur especially around the foyer, which is nice. Also has very nice grounds at the back with a nice view of the water.
