Wonderful place to stay. They picked us up from the bus station which is only 300 meters away but with the snow would have been hard to walk. The front desk were always friendly and helped when they could. Breakfast fresh and plentiful. Both restaurants were great. With Sushi Shin unbelievable an experience to have.

Just out of town, very quiet area. Very peaceful. Best to have a car but you can walk to the bus.

Although this property is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the ski lifts, we were offered a pick up on most mornings and afternoons. Our driver Nao was always extremely punctual, friendly and helpful. He drove us over to East Mountain directly on most mornings. He also picked us up from the shuttle bus on our arrival and dropped us off with our luggage to the bus on our departure. Nao also supplied us with a hot pot one evening which was absolutely delicious!

A top place to stay in Hirafu, Niseko. Excellent location, and staff could not be more helpful and assisting. Studio room 402 has great views up towards the ski slopes. Modern and well equipped, I would choose to stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Chalet Ivy. The room was a good size and the drying cupboards were very welcome as they helped to dry out ski jackets etc. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of choices. Staff were helpful and polite. The ski concierge and hire service was also very useful. Prices for ski hire were competitive except for helmets which were a lot cheaper to hire elsewhere eg Rhythm

Amazing hotel with great staff and beautiful suite. Breakfast was incredible but dinner options were limited. Could not get into their Japanese restaurant even though booking day in advance. When booking their Italian restaurant, they said they only had one table left by entrance door. I pushed for a window seat and said we would be out in an hour. Anyway, the restaurant was never more than half full and we never had to move. Made me wonder if we should have headed over to the Japanese...

Ski lift was very close, just a few hundred metres away, we had a car so we could easily get around from resort to resort and were able to see and ski on all four of them. Grand Hirafu and Anapurri are definitelly the best.

Fantastic accommodation - clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. This accomodation is under Ski Japan and they will get you to Snow Dog on arrival and departure. Our apartment was ready and we were taken to there to check in, really fast and we were able to settle in quickly. Well equipped with oven, microwave, big fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer - just like at home, so much so we decided to buy local fresh produce and cook every night. Really helpful and friendly staff....

Staff were lovely. Really helpful. We had 7 people in our party. Plenty of room in the 4 bedroom. Great kitchen.

Close to ski lifts 3 minute drive.

Amazing rooms. No issues with cleanliness. Had a dishwasher and laundry machine. Hotel staff even had a driving service to drive us to nearby stores/restaurants. I would come here again even if I didn't ski.
