"Stayed in the Balmoral suite which was a lovely spacious room, but a little dated and I would suggest may be changing the nylon curtains to freshen up the room. Your staff are excellent very accommodating in all aspects from bar service to reception to the maids. One main thing that I did notice is the car park is full of pot holes this needs to be looked at and fixed for sure."

"Comfortable and quiet hotel. Well situated and good free bus connections on Leicester hopper to the city and station. Feels new and looked after. Parking is limited at the hotel but nearby hospital pay and display car park could be used. We wanted quiet and the room was soundproofed. Nice bathroom. Developed a rash from the bed and reception moved us to a new room. The staff member suggested it was maybe cleaning products used by linen company. Hotel did say they would update us via email but never happened."
