Good hotel for a short stay. Sadly, we didn't get chance to use the SPA but it's a nice addition. Comfortable beds but pillows were hard which isn't to my liking. Only issue is the walls which are pretty thin but thankfull no late night noise.

Very nice hotel, staff and room were both excellent, bit of down side is menu doesn't change much for every day, and if booking via camparenson website you'll need to pay for the health club, on which the website like Expedia doesn't say so. Otherwise fantastic hotel

We had a lovely break here. Just a shame the hotel couldnt arrange a connecting room for our young children who we did not want leave on their own so ended up only room having paid for 2. The hotel receptionist blamed Expedia. I did message the hotel a week in advance. Beds were comfortable. BE AWARE a charge for swimming is made for each person (£10 adult and £5 for children) who has not booked direct the hotel. Would we book again? Probably not. Staff were friendly. Rooms are big so are the beds which mean even a small family of 5 can sleep comfortably.

We had a lovely stay, fun in the pool, dinner was very nice in the Bar and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely also with plenty of choice for everyone. Will definitely stay again.

Some noticeable upgrades since a previous trip, making an even more pleasant stay this time. Super room, well appointed, clean, comfortable, tons of space. Great bathroom. We stayed two nights and had meals in both the restaurant and bar, as well as breakfast. Very nice choices, super quality & presentation. Lovely people throughout the business.

The staff were really helpful. I was placed near the stairs and much later on in the night, it was really noisy and the doors banged loudly. I had already have my review stating it was quite which was incorrect. I think having to pay £10 to use the amenities was a bit too much. I didn't get to do much as we had a busy schedule. The conference rooms need an upgrade as it was dated, the windows were rotting and there was a very misty smell. Overall it was nice and it helped that the majority of the staffs were really friendly and helpful.
