"Our overnight stay at White Heaven was so good. Ali was an amazing host, Nothing was too much trouble. We were given a lift to the South entrance of Hieropolis, which made it so much easier to just walk down the hill back to hotel. The breakfast was traditional Turkish with so much to offer and the room was extra large, with so much room and sitting area as well. I highly recommend if visiting Pamukkale."

"They were friendly and helpful, they love dogs and let you bring your pet. They offer tips and advice for nearby excursions. Rooms were basic and clean. Typical for Turkish hotels like this, they didn’t have a closed in shower area/curtain and the shower was right next to the toilet, so the bathroom floor and toilet got wet with every shower. "This was a much different experience from other more charming locations and lodgings throughout Turkey, such as in Selcuk, much more like Las Vegas with a large banquet room for dinner and breakfast and little charm. The dinner was adequate but the breakfast, as other reviews indicate, included leftovers from dinner and did not include fresh coffee or juice. The spa is only open after 12:00 PM but is well arranged w/ salt room, sauna, thermal pool. "

"Wonderful 3 day stay in central hotel across from bus station and 300m to railway station. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and my room was spotlessly clean. Provide information for Pummakale at check in. Hotel provides two bottles of water in your fridge every day Only message to the hotel is you provide 2 small bars of soap and even though I used them once they are replaced when the room is cleaned which is just a waste, please just don't replace them "

"This is an older property and is good value for money. They have a few amenities that make it memorable - like a thermal pool and thermal water in the bathroom. It is based in a decent location within walking distance from restaurants and shops. The language barrier could be a problem as they do not have an English speaker. "The Venus is just perfect for a visit to Pamukkale-Hierapolis. They offer a free shuttle service up to the start, and once the day is over, there is a short 10 minute walk to the hotel from the exit of the pools. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The family room we used was absolutely perfect - modern, clean, well furnished. And the breakfast buffet is truly the best we have had after 3 weeks in Turkey."
