A really good stay at this hotel which embodies the true turkish hospitality. Room is clean and spacious, bottles of water are provided everyday , a real +++. Breakfast is great, a buffet with choice. Very clean and close to train and bus station so very convenient +++ . Recommend 100%

Really good value 3 star.

Superb. Very impressed. Breakfast was the best yet on my trip of 4 weeks here. Very comfy room and bed. Very pleased with my stay. Only wish there was a kettle, there wasn't. Otherwise great.

Friendly and helpful staff

Staff are extremely nice and friendly! We arrived Denizli early by overnight bus and staff checked us in early so we were able to take a shower before we headed to Pamukkale. Location is excellent! Just opposite to Denizli bus station about a min walk. The only problem is wifi was very weak and slow inside room. Kept disconnecting but overall was a good stay!

Property was excellent and the staff attentive. Upgraded our room on arrival and assisted us with parking and luggage. The door man even recommended area restaurants which were excellent as well. Location of this hotel is perfect as those without cars may arrive, depart and visit local attractions like Ephesus by jumping on the bus across the street. The bus station is several floors below street level so you don’t hear any noise from the traffic. Great innovation.

Excellent hotel very close to transit

Excellent hotel, I think you can't go wrong staying here and I would be happy to stay again. It is nice and modern inside, the staff were excellent and helped me with my plans visiting pamukkale and laodikea along with my onward travel. The room is nice and comfy, I found the wifi to be very good. The breakfast could be better. It was fine the one morning I had it. It is a standard turkish continental, but a lack of satisfying proteins (boiled eggs, etc). I skipped it on my check-out day rather than wake up early to get it. The best part of this hotel is how close it is to the bus station, there is a secure entrance across the road and I had an easy time walking there with my luggage from the train. 100% would book again.

Outstanding service and hospitality

Outstanding service and friendliness from the guy at reception, couldn't be more helpful about helping us, giving directions, etc. First impression of the reception area was modern and slick, however the rooms were quite dated, as was the breakfast room. Breakfast itself was excellent - wide variety of food and spacious seating. Room was fine, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. As a side note, we travelled as two women and the surrounding area felt a little uncomfortable after dark, but was probably okay. Otherwise, location was great as it was right next to the bus station, perfect for visiting Pamukkale.

夜行バスで朝6時半頃到着しました。追加料金はかかりましたが、すぐにチェックインさせてもらえたのでシャワーを浴びて着替え、観光に出かけることができました。また、追加料金には朝食も含まれていて、とてもありがたかったです。翌日は空港バスを利用しましたが、空港バスのバス停も近く大変便利でした。

Resepsiyondan kahvaltı salonuna kadar hizmet çok iyi, personel mükemmeldi. İlk gün otel sahibi Murat Beyin ilgisi ve tavsiyeleri Denizli’yi çok daha iyi tanımamızı sağladı. Kahvaltı salonunu yöneten İbrahim Bey ve Eslem Hanım çok iyiydiler. İsmini sayamadığımız tüm diğer çalışanlar da mükemmeldi. Tekrar Denizli’ye geldiğimizde aynı otelde kalırız. 아침 9시 반에 갔는데 체크인 해주셨어요. 조식이 원래 10유로인데 5유로에 추가 해주셔서 먹었어요 ㅎ 나름 괜찮았음 방은 깨끗하고 담배냄새도 안나고 아주 쾌적했어요. 침대는 끄트머리가 좀 꺼졌지만 자는데에는 불편하지 않았고 객실은 조용...한줄 알았는데 아침 되니까 다른 방 문 여닫는 소리 잘 들렸음ㅋㅋ 창문을 약간 열고싶었지만 통유리라 불가능. 이전 숙소가 워낙 그지같았어서 여기는 진짜 너무 만족스러웠어요 ㅋㅋ 아니 이전 숙소랑 비교하지 않아도 좋았습니다 ㅎㅎ 리셉션도 친절하고 ㅎㅎ 언젠가 데니즐리 다시 오게되면 또 여기 묵을듯!!!

The gentleman who was in charge of the reception for the morning of April 21st took great care of me. (Sadly, I forgot his name). I was tired of the night bus, and he helped me out kindly with the check-in and useful informations for going to Pamukkale. The location is perfect for a quick trip by the bus terminal. However, it was a bit noisy from construction on the building, and could need more soundproof. Overall, had a nice one night trip in Denizli. Thanks!
