"The Venus is just perfect for a visit to Pamukkale-Hierapolis. They offer a free shuttle service up to the start, and once the day is over, there is a short 10 minute walk to the hotel from the exit of the pools. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The family room we used was absolutely perfect - modern, clean, well furnished. And the breakfast buffet is truly the best we have had after 3 weeks in Turkey."

"This is your basic room with no frills. Our room had the view on the mountains which was amazing. The host and staff were super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had very few options. Real coffee (instead of instant) would have been better. The water is very hard which makes your skin very dry and for the soap to sudd. The tv remote did not work well and sound could not be controlled."
