Hierapark made our stay in Pamukkale great

Amazing hotel and facilities and certainly for a medium sized hotel offered exceptional service. Pleasantly surprised and definitely competes with some of the 5* hotels found in Belek. Great front of house staff and y the lad managing the spa facilities. Just one minor point- waiters could smile a little more, understand they work long days but need to offer same level is service as other staff. Would recommend to friends and family

Never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

By suite bedroom had no air conditioning at all. The front desk kept on giving excuses about it. The 2nd suite room had a/c in both sitting room as well as the bedroom. Dragging our luggage to and from parking lot too was very difficult with no help from the hotel staff. For the price I paid, I should have gotten a lot better deal expected from Hotels.com

The thermal water pool was relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed here after a visit to Laodicea, Hierapolis and Pamukkale from our starting point of Kusadasi (which we used as a base to visit Ephesus). The hotel does not live up to 5-star category. We had 2 rooms. The non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke, the rooms smelled very stuffy, the bathroom was very basic (more like a 2 or 3 star hotel). There was only shampoo and a conditioner that looked extremely old (it had separated in the dispenser and looked like it had not been changed in a long time). There was no shower gel or bath soap. No tissue paper (Kleenex) in the bathroom (at all) - usually these are basics in a 5-star hotel. The buffet food both at dinner and breakfast was basic too. Instead of having so many dishes, it would be best if they offered less dishes but of higher quality. The hotel had very few guests and yet they could not give us two rooms next to each other (they were in the same hall but separated by another room).

The hotel staff passed on the mistake made by Hotels.com to me. In the hotel room, the cigarette butts that the previous customer had thrown away were on the floor. I was in the bathroom in the morning, and the cleaning staff knocked twice on the door and came in without hearing my answer. I leave with a lot of unpleasant memories. Hey staffs. Don't blame your customers. It's not good attitude.

Outdoor thermal pool is good. 5-10 drive to Pamukkale. Room dated . No light for the desk in the suite I stayed in. Dinner is buffet only 750 t like $20 but food is poor quality. Free breakfast but I would give food 2-3 stars only. Lots of tour groups so be warned.

Absolutely lovely 5* hotel that lived to its rating unlike some other hotels in Turkiye. The pools both normal and thermal were great, the restaurant plentiful and tasty. They have a very good masseuse from Thailand, worth every penny and more. The room is spacious and nice appointed, has a balcony and stunning views over the countryside. Bathroom was spacious too. Very close to Pamukkale. The only negative we would pick up is the size of the bed, it's a small double and the room is large enough to accommodate a proper king size bed one would expect in a 5* establishment. Aside of that, everything else was perfect and well worth the price.

Very nice hotel close to Hyerapolis and Pamukkale downtown. We just stopped one night but I've seen very nice thermae and pools. Only four stars for the staff because, in five people we tried to talk to, only one spoke a decent English.

Great Hotel!

Very nice hotel with great location and facilities. Everything is clean and tidy. You can easily reach all the sightseeing's in 10 mins by car or 30-40 mins by walk. They got all the thermal facilities in house, also they got 3 outdoor pools and few indoor. The outdoor big pool is super spacious with nice sun-beds and bar. The food was great both breakfast and dinner! The staff were friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this hotel.
