We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us tea and cake on our arrival. One late afternoon, we sat by the pool and the staff offered us tea and a plate of fruits. They know how to make you feel welcome! We highly recommend this hotel.
We liked so many things about this hotel. Oliver was so welcoming, explaining things about the hotel, making sure we had tea and cake while we decompressed since our room wasn’t ready (it was early in the morning) and arranging someone to drive us to the South Gate so we could walk to the ruins and Cleopatra pool. We loved all the mosaic lamps throughout the property and then there was the amazing breakfast! Our room was large and comfortable. I wish there was a little more light but this was not a showstopper. As mentioned in other reviews, the staff goes above and beyond to provide anything you need. This hotel was a highlight of our trip.
The Staff and the Hotel were amazing. I have been traveling in Turkiye a lot this year and I thought the staff here was the Best!! Great Job! Will be coming back!!

Outstanding! The hotel is super clean and
the Turkish decor is lovely. The pool area is large and has a nice cozy esthetic. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They gave us tips for visiting Pamukkale and greeted us with complimentary baklava.
This Hotel is horrible. Only you can only give the applause to the hotel staffs. They are so kind. Except this, I highly don't recommend this accomodation. The bed linen was smelly. The smell is that we could get it when laundry isn't dried perfectly. So smelly I couldn't put my body into the bed inside. I just used the big towel as blanket.
The cleaning also wasn't good. I found that the rubbish bin in the toilet wasn't empty. It was disgusting to find other's trash in the toilet!!!! The room was so cold.
Oliver, the manager, was so welcoming! He kept saying to feel at home. His whole team wanted to do everything for us in a nice way. They kept giving us bottled water, and even a glass of wine. Breakfast was served to the table and was fabulous.
Wonderful check-in with Oliver. Oliver and the two brothers, Ali and ??? (did not get names), and a man that worked the kitchen (was there for breakfast) were always very helpful and accommodating as well. Stayed 3 nights and when we left they all came out to say goodbye. Felt like we were leaving family.
Our room was very large and the Kingsized bed was comfortable. Pillows were a bit too firm, but they all are in Turkey. The breakfast is overwhelming with the amount of food provided and always on numerous plates. Would highly recommend this hotel. Easy walk to restaurants and sundry/souvenir stores. They provided us with free transportation to Pamukkale Entrance.
The property is nice its the surrounding town that is in need of a major make over. Staff where so very friendly but lacked training and the restaurant doesn’t exist and neither does the room service
The hotel is beautiful with excellent staff. The location is excellent with a 5 min walk to springs and downtown Pamukkale. The WiFi was good with no connection issues. Breakfast has a variety of options.
The rooms are large with a balcony. You can walk up to the entrance to Pamukkale Travertines but from that point it is a long walk inside to the main area. Staff are friendly. Tea and Watermelon are offered generously by the owner. Some of the items on sale quoted in dollars we thought were expensive but competitive with TL prices in Cappadocia. Breakfast was decent. There is enough room for parking outside.
Everything and everybody was great! The owner, Ali, is a wonderful host. The only problem is that they keep 6 dogs together in a corner by the pool, and the dogs bark … a lot, whenever people swim. We wanted some quiet time there by the pool and the dogs kept barking. Otherwise, the pool, rooms, public areas were spotless.
Lovely Turkish style hotel. Exceptionally friendly Inn Owner, Ali, welcomed us. The room was immaculate and well appointed. The hotel is in very close proximity to Palmukkale and Hierapolis. Definitely an excellent choice of lodging in the area. I’m from the U.S. and have high standards and I definitely recommend this hotel
The owner and staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful. We had a night bus to another city but got the time wrong (we thought it was 7:30pm but it was actually 7pm), the owner helped us getting a car to drive us to the bus station on time. w/o his help, we would not be able to catch the bus. The owner also gave us some gift and a large bottle of water when we left. We really appreciate his kindness.
We had a beautiful stay at this hotel! Ali and staff were always around — very friendly, attentive and helpful, right from the moment we arrived. Amazing service! Breakfast was delicious! We had spacious, nice and clean rooms, with large balconies. Hotel location is perfect! Walkable distance to Pamukkale Travertines and the main attractions, as well as restaurants. We had an amazing stay overall and it’s a place we would come back to. Thank you!
The owner is very welcoming and provided great advice on how to visit the pools. The rooms and amenities are amazing. If you are looking for a boutique hotel with great service and amenities and a welcoming feel, stay here.
The best hotel I could have chosen. We only stayed one night but I would like to have stayed more. Super clean, very good location close to all attractions and restaurants, the best customer service ever! I recommend it 100%

We have been amazed by the friendliness of the staff, everyone was so attentive! The hotel is a small oasis and in close proximity to Pamukkale South Gate and restaurants!
