"The property it self was clean , once I walked into Sheraton I thought everything was great the staff were telling us we get a $35 every night we stay we can use it at the bar , Starbucks , or there restaurant we’ll let me tell you they didn’t tell us Starbucks was in the hotel there communication wasn’t great maybe because they saw me and my boyfriend young not sure happens a lot to us , second night we get back to freshen up at our hotel and the tv was turning on and off I called guest services they quickly called Cesar for us let me tell you Cesar was Great he was so kind and kept saying sorry for the inconvenience he quickly moved us room mind you he was just the guy who service the tv and stuff we went down stair talked to some guy and I told him if he can do anything for that inconvenience we payed lots of money to stay at Sheraton top floor sky view floor 49 and he said no that the house keepers are in charge of the TV I thought that was ridiculous I wasn’t there to argue with him it was our first time in New York so I let him be , I loved New York but I would never stay at Sheraton again let me tell you it’s not Marriott experience ! "

"Location is awesome if you’re looking for convenience to subways, central park, broadway shows and going out. Room was tiny, warm, ac did not work properly and neither did tv. Elevators constantly busy and full. Overall not great if you’re staying in however perfect for just going to bed and enjoying the city. "
