"The staff was amazing! We checked in on Mothers Day and they handed my mother complimentary macarons! The two double suite was a spacious room for NYC, and the bathroom and shower was large also. The rooms, hallway, and lobby was exceptionally clean. The hotel location was also ideal, a couple blocks from the subway and a short walk to Central Park. Being able to grab a coffee and pastry next door each morning was also so convienent to start each day. I cannot say more great things about this hotel and plan to stay here again for next visit to the city!!!!"
"We enjoyed our stay at the Radio Hotel. It was comfortable and affordable with a baby. The views of the city from uptown were great. Housekeeping made up the room and took out the trash daily. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the 1 train. Would definitely return."
"The room was clean, the breakfast was amazing. Our air condition wasn't working the best, and our shower door would not stay closed. But those were minor details. All in all it was a nice stay."
"This hotel needs a total overhaul! One cannot open the blinds so room is always dark. Rusty mirror in bathroom, cabinet doors do not close. No phone in the room so had to go to front desk to talk to the staff. Horrible experience. 2-3 stars at best and should be charged accordingly. They have a nice looking lobby but the rooms are really bad."
