Some of the reviews that were left was terrible I decided to see for myself and was very satisfied with the cleanliness, and staff! Store is high but that’s to be expected because you are in a hotel. No complaints will stay again

Hair dryer broken TV on the blitz Bed uncomfortable Biker rally showed up of about 200 bikers who were blaring music and revving motorcycles. We checked out early.

Little did we know a Wild Hogs motorcycle convention would reign down total chaos and mayhem during our stay. Bikers took over the pool area, blasting music all day. They cruised the parking lot of the hotel. No lie - there were at least 500 people involved. The “restaurant” was just a crappy bar with crappy bar food. The hotel is old and musty. Our deadbolt didn’t work, several lights didn’t work. Just stay away from this place.

Key card system is broken, had to refresh your key cards for the rooms five times. Elevator was down one night, restaurant was not open as stated. No breakfast provided as stated.

Quick check inn. Staff attended to any needs . The renovations give the hotel a fresh new feel. I definitely will come back next time I'm in the dallas area, and definitely would recomend the lux.

The restaurant with bar should be called a bar with food. Not family friendly. The elevators were not optimal and despite telling front desk they left both working. The plugs in bathroom were not functioning and made for super inconvenience to get ready.

I gave 4 stars for property condition only because my electronic key didn’t work very well. The front desk was wonderful! They sent someone with new keys and they answered the phone every time. Great service! Will stay here again!

The property staff was a bit rude. We asked what was available to eat in the area because the hotel restaurant was closed, despite the hours stating they should have been open. The lady at the front desk just kept suggesting Whataburger even after we mentioned multiple times we didn’t want fast food. She just seemed like she wanted us to go away. She was very slow to check us in as well. It took over 10 minutes for her to check us into our rooms. When going up to our room there was a very strong chemical smell in the halls as well that triggered an asthma attack. The shower was also very dirty. It looked like the cleaning staff only rinsed it and never scrubbed. The beds were also hard as a rock. The hotel lobby looked nice.

Not at all what I expexted and for what I paid for. Staff was great especially Ayana who provided great customer service. The keys would not unlock the doors and had to make several trips to the front desk to reprogram. All I heard was, sorry they are very sensitive and to please keep away from cards and cell, which I did and didn't help any. Then the toilet was stopped up, room so outdated, phone in room doesn't work and supposedly part of Wyndham, really? NO breakfast, no restaurant, but you get a brown bag! Very disappointing, but if you dont care very convenient for game day! The club was a good time though.

Front desk staff was super friendly at check-in. We enjoyed the music in the lounge after the football game and they were still serving food late (terrific hamburger)!
