"Breakfast was fine. Typical fair. We weren't allowed to make our own waffles, the gentleman owner hovered, actually picked my paperplates up and counted them. They were the very thin cheaper ones. I was getting food for my sister and me and needed to use 2 plates per person. The room was fairly nice. Just a couple things they should take care of. The toilet wiggled loosely when using it and the seal in the frig needs to ne replaced. It kept popping open. Had to put a heavy suitcase in front of it to keep the door closed. The ice machine had no ice when we got there. Didnt get any until next morning. "

"Our stay was quiet and comfortable and we enjoyed the cool Route 66 theme. Seemed good for the price. Some downsides were that we booked through Expedia and it showed we booked a nonsmoking room, but when we got there they said we booked a smoking room. The owner was very nice though and switched us to an available nonsmoking room quickly. Another downside was that the town itself seemed a little sketchy, but that’s not specifically related to the motel. "

However, the pool was not heated and was quite cold, and the hot tub jets were not working, which was disappointing since these amenities were a big reason for booking. While the stay was generally good, the issues with the pool and hot tub did not fully meet expectations"

"Just stayed for a quick overnight stop. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was adequate and the price can't be beat."

"If you want a clean, no frills place to stay, this is fine. But minimal in some areas - 1 caffeinated coffee pack, no glasses in bathroom, 2 body towels only. But staff was nice, and a very convenient location."

"Staff is always very helpful. Cook to order breakfast is one of the main reasons we stay here. Service is always exceptional. Rooms are outdated and could use some modernization, but they are comfortable and well stocked with soaps, towels, etc."
