Located in the most quiet and exclusive area of the island – the North hotel zone. Walking distance to central plaza of town along the romantic Malecon – 15 min to all the best restaurants and shops. Away from cruiseship tourism and traffic. From your balcony and terrace you will have a full view of the heart-shaped pool and the bluest ocean in Cozumel – the iconic “Ocean of the Seven shades of blue”, only to be found in this area of the island. Ample parking for your rental. Biking and jogging lane separate from the main road.

Cute little condo with a beautiful ocean view. The pool was great and you can snorkel right in front of the property. It’s about a mile to the ferry so you can walk to restaurants and shopping weather permitting but I would suggest a car. I would stay here again in the future.

Relaxation in the sun

This is our 2nd time to stay here and it is everything you could hope for . The snorkeling right off the property is the best we have seen . The location is perfect walking distance to eateries, swimming and shopping . This is a beautiful place in paradise and hopefully we can make it back again!

This was our first visit to Cozumel. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect spot to discover the island. The property is immaculate and everyone we met at the pool or beach were kind and helpful. Snorkeling off the property was a particular highlight of the visit and having two balconies to watch the sunsets made for a perfect ending to our adventure in Mexico.

Great location!

We spent a week at Tito’s and had a wonderful time. The location is so close to many beach restaurants, town and anything you would want to see. Just as good is the pool, lounge area. The snorkelling off the condo is amazing - be sure to bring your gear!

Fantastic location for peace & snorkeling!

Stayed three nights in December 2024. Absolutely fantastic location - easy, safe, pleasant walk to shops, restaurants, bars but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. Really awesome coral and tropical fish snorkeling right out in front of the condo. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, very comfortable king sized bed, friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Tito’s for a week, great place! Perfect for 2 people, plenty of space to move around and be comfortable. A/C worked great and lots of hot water. Felt very safe, a short walk to a few restaurants and into town. Condo had cooking supplies to cook simple meals along with other kitchen supplies (just as the description says). Pool area very clean and maintained. Snorkeling just a few steps away. Quiet complex with many return vacationers. Hoping to book again next year!!

My wife and I enjoyed our week at Tito's. We've been to Cozumel many times and this was our first time staying at Tito's Paradise. Good communication prior to and while we were there. The oceanfront location provided the opportunity for snorkeling - and better snorkeling that all other places we've stayed.

Low season, very quiet. Had everything we needed. Great communication. We’ve stayed next door at Cantamar twice before and the location is great. So close to town and an easy walk. No issues with anything. AC was cold, internet worked great and hot water was plentiful. Could use some updating but no complaints.

Wonderful 20th Anniversary Trip

Property was clean, had everything we needed and more, owners were very responsive, and on site staff was helpful and friendly! Location was perfect and a quick walk to restaurants and shopping but much quieter than the larger resorts which we wanted. People we met on site were return visitors. The snorkeling was amazing! We saw a sea turtle, manta ray, stingrays, eels, and many beautiful fish! La Moninas was our go to restaurant for great food and drinks which was a short walk. This made our Anniversary one to remember!

Beautiful outdoor area!

We stayed in Tito's Paradise, a 1 bedroom for 8 days. The staff were so friendly and professional and the beach area was really nice! We loved how easy it was to walk into town also. I slept pretty good, gladly it was quiet there because you could hear noise from people around us. The bed in Tito's Paradise is super firm, which we liked but some may not. The only thing I wished was that we had a dryer for bathing suits ect., it is so humid nothing dries. The snorkeling was devine! All in all, we loved staying at Suites Turquesa and would do it again!

Best birthday trip ever!

Hubs and I spent a wonderful 3 nights here to celebrate my birthday. We love to snorkel and relax on the beach - and this place is absolutely MADE for that! We also loved the pool with the gorgeous view and the lovely on site staff. The condo itself is situated with beautiful views of the water and enough room on the balconies to enjoy coffee or wine before bed. Comfortable king sized bed with two AC units that kept us nice and cool. We will be back again soon - we now have a new favorite place for a relaxing getaway.

A True Paradise

We spent a wonderful week at Tito's Paradise. The location can't be beat - a gorgeous view of the ocean, close to town but not right in the center, and easy access to all points on the island. The accomodations were very comfortable and the place was fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the serene vibe - no parties, loud guests or kids. It was very relaxing and we have already booked our next trip! The owners Spela and Alex were exceptional in their communication, always readily available to answer questions, give recommendations and handle any issues (which we didn't have any). We can't wait to return!

We had a great stay at Tito's! Met alot of really wonderful people and saw alot of amazing critters snorkeling. Many great places to grab a bite to eat nearby and a couple.of very nice grocery stores on the island. We did some cooking in the unit and had everything we needed. One thing for us that didn't work in our favor was the bed was very hard as was the couch. Not a deal breaker, but definitely something to know if you are like my husband and I and get a backache easily. Other than that, everything was wonderful! Thanks for sharing your sunny aaradise with us!

Beautiful views and location!

I really enjoyed my stay at Tito's Paradise! Communication was great and both the hosts and property manager were always very responsive. I did rent a car, as I wanted to have the freedom to explore all over the island at my leisure, but it is located near downtown (pretty easy to find taxi) and within walking distance of a few great restaurants also. The pool, small beach area and the water are so beautiful. I loved watching the sunsets here. The unit itself is also comfortable with an a/c unit in both the main area as well as the bedroom, which is great for temperature control. I found that all the essentials were available and noticed that they also had snorkeling sets available for use (as a diver, I had my own that I brought with me). Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend.
