"Good location perfect for an advent in Cardiff castle "

"Stayed overnight here. Nice room with everything in it and clean. Bed was good size. . Great view from the 10th floor. Plenty of elevators. We got a helpful young lady and reception. Beds even have a USB port beside it. Our GPS took us to the opposite side of the street and couldn’t find the way around town and all the one way streets to get there. I got partner to walk to hotel and asked reception for the parking address which worked out. Parking was easy. Breakfast ok but coffee could be a tough hotter. "

"Amazing stay. We came for the first oasis gig. Havent been to wales for many years and I can honestly say the staff here especially the staff at reception made this stay incredible . Rapid check in . Just brilliant . Thanks for looking after us "

"We stayed for 1 night. Staff and hotel were excellent, the kids bed was a bit small and uncomfortable for a 10 year old but the overalll stay was great and food was lovely in the restaurant. We didn’t get to try breakfast unfortunately as we had to leave at 7.30am and breakfast didn’t start till 8am"
