"Liked the gated site which was nice and secure We booked one night online and arrived a day early the reception staff managed to get us another room and not move rooms which was great Had dinner in the restaurant which was wholesame and good value Overall we liked our stay,minor complaint we had a disabled room with wet room shower which we didnt like Also bar a bit pricey Would stay again though if in area"

"Double Room is Tiny. The shower room is very small not enough room to shower comfortably (I am a size 12 lady). No space in shower to put shampoo, conditioner etc. no facilities for making a hot drink. Location was good but as we only used it for 1 night was ample but wouldn’t stay again nor would I recommend. Got woken at 9am by cleaner knocking on door."

"Sure Hotel Bordeaux-Lac is located in a modern, well-maintained, conveniently located, quiet building, within very easy walking distance of the tram line. Staff are welcoming and professional, and the breakfast is of a good standard. The price we paid represented very good value for money. Highly recommended. "

"Hotel itself was lovely, modern and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room , booked for a family of 4 was very cramped and not really accommodating for 4. A family of 3 yes, but way too small for 4. We had a double bed, single sofa bed and mattress on the floor all in a standard double room. Room wasn’t very modern in comparison to the hotel. Separate toilet from bathroom which is always great. However, not really a comfortable stay for 4 , very cramped and uncomfortable. "
