"Excellent stay. Luxurious. Relaxing. Friendly staff. Dementri in particular gave us recommendations where to visit and where to go for dinner when we arrived. The hotel is walking distance to the centre of Bordeaux, everywhere easy to reach by foot. Room was perfect, we stayed in Shakespeare which had a hot tub on the balcony. We had dinner from the tasting menu at the restaurant which was sensational. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bordeaux."

"I liked he restaurant selections on the boardwalk, and the closeness to the Cite du Vin museum.. I didn’t like my bed, which was supposed to be a queen, but instead was 2 twins pushed together.. the sheets didn’t fit properly & I woke up each morning sleeping on the bare mattress, as the fitted sheet kept slipping off.
