The hotel itself is very good, very clean and reasonable. The service is pretty poor, you have to asked to be served a drink etc. The “high street” itself is run down… areas like Margaux are beautiful

The Hotel Pauillac Needed!

This is the hotel Pauillac has needed for a long time! The rooms are fresh and new. Clean, comfortable and have all the amenities. The restaurant is fabulous and some of the best meals I had on my trip. Can't wait to return in the summer.

New Hotel with Great Location

Great choice if you are visiting Paulliac or Saint Julien wineries at Bordeaux. Very close to a few famous ones. The room is spacious and the amenities are nice. Good restaurant as well. However, the only issue is the Accessibility, they have quite a few bumps, stairs if you are using a wheelchair or so.

The hotel was generally very good in terms of bedroom and wellness centre. However, having specifically chosen this hotel due to its dining option and facility, at check in we were told the dining room was closed to hotel guests as they were catering for a large event. In our opinion, this is unacceptable and in such a circumstance, provision should be maintained for hotel guests especially as this provision forms part of the 4 star rating and nightly price.

The hotel and rooms are lovely, but there is literally nothing to do in Pauillac. No restaurant options and boarded up buildings. Not the charming French town we were expecting, and the Left Bank wineries and town councils need to up their tourism game. Stay in Bordeaux itself or in St Emilion on the Right Bank. To top it off, hotel management were not friendly and helpful, and just didn’t seem to care.

accueil personnalisé. Surclassement.belle chambre confort spacieuse avec vue sur l'estuaire de la Gironde. bouquet complet de Chaînes TV. très bonne table et excellent et copieux petit déjeuner. Personnel attentif et prevenant. À noter 1 ascenseur desservant tous les étages. A y revenir avec plaisir en visitant le Médoc
