"It’s an awesome location! The hangout area on the lower level is really cool, and it’s in closed which is so nice. It’s 2 completely separate levels with separate kitchens and bathrooms. Great for 2 families! The pool area is so nice. The canal access for boats and kayaks is so nice. The proximity to the beaches on AMI and Coquina is so nice. The host is so nice. Great property. "

"Perfect spot to either hang out by/in the pool or spa as well as the great hardscaped surrounding. Loved the corn hole and pool table game set ups. Super convenient to multiple beaches within a very short drive. Loved having this private setting in a cool neighborhood that has 4 restaurants and a working waterfront within walking distance to it. Plenty of living space inside and out. Definitely will stay again if available. Communication with rental agency was superb. "
