We absolutely loved our stay. The inside is decorated so beautifully, the beds were super comfortable, and the game room downstairs kept us entertained on the rainy day. Great location to Mesa Verde and Cortez.
This was the most magical place to stay. It has everything you need, is spacious with many different areas to hang out, and is remote enough to have plenty of privacy and see all the stars in the sky at night. Don't hesitate, just book this place. It's perfect.
Great home with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding San Juan countryside. House was clean, beds comfortable, and the amenities perfect to come home to after running around all day seeing the sites. Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here so we could be near Mesa Verde NP and it was such a nice home with so many amenities. Loved the deck hot tub. Enjoyed both nights out there stargazing.
Very nicely decorated and cozy feeling. Beds were comfortable and view was fantastic.
Pictures don’t do justice to this lovely a-frame in Cortez. The sunset views from the porch and hot tub were perfect. Close to town and ten minutes to Mesa Verde.
This house was excellent for a visit to Cortez and Mesa Verde National Park. It was a fun house with a pool table, darts, plenty of TV's and a hot tub. Kids couldn't stop saying how much they loved the house and being on a lake made it even better. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.
This A frame house is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. I honestly wish we spent more time there. It’s decorated beautifully and is kept up so well. Super clean and comfortable and the view of the lake was the icing on the cake.
We stayed here so we could go to Mesa Verde and it was the perfect location to do so. It’s also close to town. I totally recommend staying here.
The cabin was in the perfect location for easy access to Cortez and Mesa Verde. There was plenty of space for us to relax after our days full of adventure. It was well stocked which made it easy to make our own meals. I was grateful they had bug spray since the lake attracted mosquitoes.
The deck was so nice to hang out on and there was a lovely view of the lake. Next time we are in the area we would love to stay again.
Lovely place, views of the lake, Ute Mtn and oh the sunsets. A family cabin, with modern amenities. The deck and lake views were stunning. The modern basement with room for all to play, pool, tv, games. Enjoyed our stay, easy check in, and loved that the family dogs enjoyed the stay and fenced in yard. Kitchen had all the tool needed to make meals and bbq on the deck. Comfortable beds, air conditioning to keep it cool and reliable fast Wifi. Close to Mesa Verde, Cortez, Durango and Telluride for day trips.
This property was located perfectly for day excursions to Mesa Verde and Durango. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Very comfortable furnishings. My only suggestion would be to install screens on the windows and doors. We couldn’t open them at certain times of day due to the bugs.
Pretty cottage but had some safety issues. Porch had multiple loose/broken boards, as did the stairs leading up in to the house. Heating was sporadic. But we did enjoy the wildlife and views of the lake.
We stayed with the intention of getting to Mesa Verde Nat’l Park. It was very close to the park. Cute interior with everything we needed for an overnight. My boys had played in a football game in Alamosa so, the hot tub was great. We even liked the sweet neighbor dog that came to welcome & see us off in the morning.
We loved the cabin, great spaces, loved the hot tub and back porch with speakers and party lights. Pool table and darts down stairs was great, ac's were cold! Huge tv's!! We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the location.
We stayed for our daughter’s wedding also in Cortez. We had family members and our dogs stay. It was a great setup for all and the game room kept the little ones entertained! Beautiful view! We are from California so may not be back for a while but would absolutely stay there again!!
