"Our room was only partially cleaned. When I advised staff, they told me they were understaffed but offered me clean sheets and towels. Not the service I was expecting. Also, there were multiple times when guests were smoking marijuana on the property. My concerns were ignored."

"I don't usually write reviews, but our stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Chatsworth was so great that I had to! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast cooks each morning were the sweetest. They made us feel welcome and even gave us recommendations for fun things to do in the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Seeing the TV welcome my family by name was such a nice touch. Traveling with kids, having a full kitchen and refrigerator was a huge bonus for storing snacks and making quick meals. Breakfast was also great, with different hot items each morning plus they always had pastries, bagels, English muffins, hard-boiled eggs, and cereals. The only downside was that our sofa bed was broken, so one of my kids had to sleep on the couch since changing rooms wasn't an option. Thankfully, the manager is following up to make things right, which I really appreciate. The location was perfect, about 30–40 minutes from Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Universal Studios. Walmart was nearby, and in the same shopping center/parking lot as the hotel were Starbucks, Jack in the Box, and a great Mexican restaurant. Parking could be a little tight, but free parking definitely made up for it. I've already told my family that whenever they visit the area, this is the hotel to book. Thank you again to the amazing breakfast team and other staff for making our stay so memorable!"

"Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay."

"I absolutely loved my stay at this super cute and charming home. The space is thoughtfully decorated, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for me was the stunning view!! The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. Right behind a great little coffee shop. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place with a beautiful view."
