Nice Hotel, Slightly Dated.

Hotel is a great place in Simi. Slightly dated interior, but overall a nice place with restaurant and bar attached if you don’t want to venture far.

The property was clean and the staff super helpful. Property felt a little run down and is in need of an upgrade (carpet/paint/walls). It was a decent stay. I’d stay again, the price was reasonable.

I loved the view. Great that it was so close to the Presidential library. Noisy air conditioner and the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Would have been nice to be able to open windows.
