"This is a really nice place to stay in Sedona! There is a privacy fence around the entire property. We were in Sedona to mountain bike and you can access multiple trails from property without having to drive to the trail head. There are wonderful views of Cathedral Rock from the back porch. Would definitely stay here again. Edan is a wonderful host!!!"

"Beautiful! Very tidy and well maintained. Very well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful, perfect for coming back & relaxing after sightseeing all day. About a half an hour from everything (Flagstaff), but we knew that. There is a Gas station near. Just make sure you hit the grocery if needed on your way! Owners were very nice and excellent with responding. Would return and recommended. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"Beautiful cabin, very clean; well maintained. We were immediately impressed. Higher end appliances, coffee K-cup, granite counter top, high arc faucet. Wrap around covered porch with outside dining table chairs to enjoy the fresh morning air. Great communication from host. . There was a PAC-MAN head to head table that was an instant hit along with large TV's throughout each room. Excellent area. Plan to come back again. "

"What a great stay and location! Not too far from Sedona at all…Great hikes all around with little to no people this time of year. (Do the Sterling hike) The accommodations were great in Unit 1…! Beautiful views from many points. The common outside area next to the waterfall was a cool asset. We did have an electrical glitch, but the property management team (Luis) did a stellar job of getting it corrected..! There were very small things like the condition of the toaster oven, but that doesn’t...

It’s right in the canyon and it’s GORGEOUS- there is red rock all around you, it’s peaceful, and you have private access to the creek and an awesome hike close by. slide rock park is two minutes away. we love it here! I was told fireplace was inoperable due to “season” yet, when I read guest pamphlet provided by front desk it noted 3 more days of fireplace availability. So, I asked for maintenance to turn back on (a switch). Additionally, had to have maintenance switch bedroom tv to HDMI because it was “off” . (Guest should not have to do this) and was shown where temperature thermostat was hiding. Overall, the most significant issue I couldn’t fix was the loud...
