"The location of this hotel was excellent, right on Nyhavn but at the end so noise was not an issue at all. Great daily breakfast and nice room service options if youre too tired to go out to eat every single night. The only minor issue was that my room was very dark as it faced a wall and the lamps did not provide enough light to make up for the lack of sunlight. The television service was quite poor as well and it kept shutting off completely in the middle of my watching something before bed...

"I was surprised to be greeted by a flight of stairs at the entrance to the hotel. There is a manual wheelchair lift if required. Other than that, this is a lovely hotel, comfortable and the right size for a few nights stay. Do note cleaning service is on demand and they will not clean your room if you do not arrange for a service the night before. What I like about this hotel it's location to plentiful cafes, restaurants, the harbor, and beautiful walking paths. It is also next to the mall...

"The mansion is nice but getting outdated. The spa was disappointing, several of the sauna were not on and bathing suits are required. The gym is very small and poorly ventilated, windows open is the technique. There is only one restaurant with limited choices and there is nothing to do in the area. "

"The ease of check-in and check-out, the breakfast food quality and ambience, as well as the amenities available. Just one minor thing maybe would be great if the tv is a smart tv with YouTube and Netflix available."
