"As you walk into the hotel it feels fresh and welcoming. The reception staff greeted us with a smile, and we instantly felt at ease. Check-in was simple. The hotel and the room appeared clean and well-maintained. There is a focus on the environment as well which I appreciate. The room was cleaned when asked for. The room was a nice size and the bathroom a good size. The only criticism was that the shower screen was not very big and you would find the bathroom floor getting quite wet. Also, we stayed during a heatwave and the air conditioning was not effective. All in all, though we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend the hotel as a place to stay in Copenhagen."
