Great hotel in central area. Only con was that our room was over the main street which was noisy due to the honking and cheering from people on buses. Not sure if this was a special festival or typical. Would definitely stay again. The breakfast is great. I would just request a room on the back side of the hotel.

We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much for them. The hotel was clean, and the room was very quiet. Buffet breakfast as also everything that we needed for a good breakfast. Hotel was close to main central station, and within walking distance/metro of all we wanted to see around Copenhagen

The room is small. The shower is weak. No microwave and minibar. The property itself has nothing to be praised for but I still rated 4-star. It is because the staffs are really friendly except one lady on the day shift who hardly smiled. I also enjoyed the breakfast. We were given a really small room. The bathroom is really small too. Whenever I took shower the water is weak and whenever I turned I touched the shower curtain. I asked the front desk if they had a bigger room and it happened that there were 2 available. And they said because we are staying for 8 nights, they let us have a bigger room. That helped.

The hotel was in a convenient location for the central train station (airport train) and walking distance to most attractions, but public transport is close by. The hotel is very conveniently located for central Copenhagen & close to transport links. The room itself was fairly basic but clean. Temperature was hard to control as there was no air conditioning or thermostat and had to be done using the two radiators in the room. Every morning I was awoken around 6am as hotel staff moved metal cages in and out of the hotel for about 20minutes. Needlessly inconsiderate. Breakfast was good.

Room was small, no bedside tables or sockets near the bed. The bathroom was small too, with the shower separated only by a curtain. At least the bed was comfortable and the television big enough to watch in bed. The strong point of this hotel is certainly the breakfast, varied and of good quality, unfortunately on the last day there were a lot of people and it was difficult to appreciate it like the previous days. Check-in took place quickly and the staff were kind and professional even when we requested luggage storage after check-out.

The hotel itself is very good (central, nice rooms etc) but at check-in I was ambushed with the "oh the room isnt ready yet but for a small fee you can upgrade to another room which is ready" This was also used on the two couples that were before me in line. Such an "automatic" and unattractive way of trying to upsell.

This hotel was very close to the central station and. Walkable to tivoli and other sights. Only problem we had was that our window faced one of the busier streets and we were on the first floor so it was very noisy. Kids were also celebrating their high school graduation which in Scandinavia involves being on a big truck and playing loud music and whooping and honking which they did until very late in the evening so it made it much louder then probably a normal day. I’m sure it’s not as loud if you have a room facing the court yard or further up. Breakfast buffet was nice. Staff was excellent and very helpful and welcoming. They had stuff for kids to color and a foosball table in the lobby. They also had a social hour in the bar when we got there and got a free beer and free soda for the kids which was nice.
