Really lovely customer service. The area has many great restaurants. Breakfast was lovely and included. The pool was exceptional for our family with small children. Only complaint, Expedia should be clearer that the pool is an additional charge and that hours are somewhat limited in the evenings (weekends it closed at 5:30).

Good location, close to central train station and old town. Condition of building is just ok but it is very clean. Staff was hot or cold. They were friendly and helpful with us but also impatient and seemingly annoyed with some people.

**Excellent Staff and Service** We spent 5 nights at this hotel and found the staff to be kind and helpful. **Breakfast** The breakfast was good, offering some vegan options. However, the menu was the same every day, which could use some variety. **Room Quality** Our room was lovely, quite spacious, silent, and clean. Nonetheless, there is room for some improvements for cleanings. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great location with very easy access to the Metro and Central Station. Also close to many dining options in the Meatpacking District. If you plan on visiting Tivoli, very easy access to the park from the hotel. The breakfast, though the same items every day, was tasty and filling. There are a lot of options to choose from, and everything was good quality. The breakfast staff were very nice. As other have noted, pool and some other perks are an upcharge, but a small one. The pool was confusing to get to but large with lots of different areas depending on what you wanted to do: swim, dive, play, etc. It is next to the hotel, but not part of the hotel. We rented bikes, which were in good working condition for the most part, though they skipped in one gear. The room itself was fine, though I do wish parts of it were cleaner. There were stains on the bathroom tile and on the window seat that were never cleaned during our stay. The main bed was comfortable, but the extra folding bed was less so and squeaked. We felt it was pretty quiet despite being near the train tracks.
