6/10 Okay

The hotel was well located for tivoli and train station and a nice 20-30mins walk into town centre. Staff were pleasant, rooms ok, lots of dust balls all over floor. Toiletries in bathroom, towels changed every day. Tea coffee can be picked up from reception area to make drinks in your room. Toys and games available in reception. Only real downside side was the pillows were really smelly (stunk of sweat) so couldn’t use them.

Staff was super friendly! Location is convenient and easy to walk to city center and restaurants, plus metro is close. The lobby is wonderful, my kids loved it, but it’s just as nice for adults to hang out. The pool looks great, unfortunately we didn’t take time to swim…. Next time! All that being said, the room is basic and non-luxurious. If hanging in your room is more your thing, then you may prefer a different hotel. For our family, this place was perfect.

This hotel has the best pool I’ve ever used in the entire world. No joke. It’s basically like a giant running track, but for swimming instead. If you like swimming, this is by far the best hotel you’ll ever find. Plus, it’s good value, the rooms are big and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s in a great location. Cannot recommend highly enough.
