I would like to thank Morgan for his help during our stay. He has worked with the Nobleden hotel since its construction eleven years ago and his assistance was above and beyond all expectations. We liked the location of the hotel and our room was spacious however lacking in storage for our belongings. There was coffee & tea supplied in the lobby area and also croissants but it would have been more convenient to have had coffee making facilities in the room. There are lots of eateries close by...

I arrived in NYC earlier than planned, so booked the Marriott for 2 nights before planning to transfer to my other hotel. I was so happy with the hotel and location, I cancelled my reservation at a more expensive hotel that I had originally booked for my trip. I was surprised to be charged a tip in the dining room for an order placed via the online app when I had had no staff interaction at the time. However, the hotel staff were always most courteous and helpful and demonstrated their integrity in the management of our lost property.

Central for attractions I needed to see. Room was great size with a kitchenette. Staff were prompt when air con wasn’t working properly. Also appreciated window that opened.

This is a really well located hotel in SoHo and offers fantastic amenities, such as a well stocked little shop for coffee & snacks downstairs, a gorgeous roof-top bar & light-filled rooms. It is very clean and the staff are super friendly & helpful. Check-in & out was a breeze and communication re the booking was excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel.
