"To be honest, I really love this hotel but part of the charm was the tremendous breakfast buffet that they provided. It was all fresh fruit and pastries, and breakfast entrées that were outstanding. We were shocked to go downstairs to the breakfast room and find that breakfast was premade in a paper to-go container and as you ordered it, they put it in the microwave and heated it up. There was also a little cup of oatmeal that you could have heated in the microwave and some fruit in a cup that was not fresh. What a disappointment and at the same price. The staff continues to be lovely and the room is simple and nice. But when you go expecting a delicious breakfast that will stay with you for the morning and later and find something microwaved and unappetizing is really a big letdown. "

"Clean hotel in a great location, terrific staff. Felt safe. Rooms comfortable, easy to sleep in. My only gripe is that 3 small elevators serve the entire building of 44 floors! We were often waiting for a LONG time for the elevator to come to or take us to the 17th floor."

"Everything was absolutely lovely. I pulled an all-nighter at home for a work presentation the next day; I was not in condition to drive home that night. It was very convenient. However, they could expand the food offerings at both the restaurant and snack bar. Just a very minor observation for a very enjoyable stay."

"Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far below reasonable expectations of cleanliness and service. The room and linens were not properly maintained. The bedding was unclean, and the pillowcases had visible stains, which is entirely unacceptable. In addition, the bathroom facilities were not functional. Both the shower and the sink were clogged, preventing proper drainage. We made multiple requests for assistance, yet no one came to address the issue during our stay. This significantly disrupted our ability to prepare for departure, as we were forced to wait extended periods of time between showers for the water to drain. The handling of our checkout further compounded this experience. A staff member named Medina came to our door in an aggressive manner, banging loudly and accompanied by security, because we were fifteen minutes past checkout time. Her approach was unnecessarily confrontational and lacked the professionalism and courtesy expected in hospitality. This interaction was particularly disheartening and clearly reflects the standard that one would associate with AC Hotels. Overall, this experience was unacceptable. Due to the conditions of the room, the lack of timely support, and the unprofessional conduct we encountered, we would not consider returning."
