Great place to stay. Plenty of dining options within walking distance for breakfast, lunch or dinner and very safe to walk around. Very clean, great riverside views. Great room. Could go on and on but if you want to stay in Golden (which is great) then this is the place.

We had a really great 3 nt stay at Paradise Lodge and Bungalows. The staff were really helpful and professional. We were able to park before check in (on a limited, first come basis) so we could walk the 15 mins, up to Lake Louise and spend more time there. The 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette was very comfortable - the beds are very good and the daily servicing was a treat. We didn't have to use our car at all - we walked every day to Lake Louise to either hike there or catch the prebooked...

Exquisite property but as we only stayed one night, didn’t use the amenities, apart from having dinner Louiza, which was great. The location is to die for.

The staff / owners could not be more welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and it was a very comfortable and spacious room

We loved everything about this place, and the town of Golden. Great alternative to staying in Banff. The lodge has plenty of character, very welcoming and cosy. Loved it.

Beautifully designed apartment, clean and tidy, friendly staff at check in and in pole position! Nice mountain views and handy to restaurants, chair lifts and the village.

Great cabin in natural setting. Perfect for outdoor lovers. Nice river with fire pits and gym and laundry facilities. Staff are nice. Close to Lake Louise and about 30 minutes from Banff. No TV. No kettle which Australians like to use. Bring your own supplies like bowls and cutlery. Very unique and different. Train noise at night.

The owner is fantastic and thoughtfull. The room was clean and nice with everything you need and more.

Awesome location in the middle of beautiful woods, the feeling and views were just amazing and it just walk around the many trails right around the lodge. The room was extremely cosy and staff was very helpful and kind.

We loved this accommodation. Friendly staff, quick and easy check in. Spacious modern rooms. Well appointed with everything we needed. Close to Samson Mall for shuttle bus service to and from both lake Louise and morraine lake. Great whirlpool to soak your muscles after a long day hiking. Breakfast well priced and great options available. A highlight for us.

What a unique and wonderful stay we had in these amazing log cabins. Upon arriving at our log cabin, we were blown away at everything that was presented, the photos on the website just don’t do these cabins justice. To sit in front of our own open log fire and relax with a nice glass of wine just felt like heaven. We look forward to staying here again in the future and can’t recommend these cabins and staff enough

Though an older property it is well kept and clean, the owner and her son were friendly and very helpful… We initially were booked for one night but stayed an extra night, we highly recommend this venue and would stay there again…
