Perfect for Us!

We had people here from California, Utah, Arizona, Indiana, Kentucky, Colorado, and Florida and this place was absolutely perfect for us! Location is fabulous, and the house is great! Not to mention the jacuzzi which we used every night! We hope to be back next year at the same time!

Beautiful Colorado Springs

This property was perfectly sized for our group of 7 with room to spare! The amenities were nice especially the large hot tub and extra fridge. The owner was very responsive to a few minor concerns we had and was easy to work with. The location was an easy half hour to most of the attractions we want to see and do. I would recommend cleaning out the kitchen cupboards and eliminating the "extras" people have left behind and starting fresh. Overall, this is a very nice property!

Wonderful!!

Tyler and Jacqueline Powell My family and I had an amazing time. The home was very inviting and had all the amenities you need. The location was great! While we did drive a good ways to do some activities, we also were close to others. I think we would definitely stay again if we were in the Colorado Springs area next time. I was a little nervous about the whole Airbnb stay; as my mother and sisters had a bad experience in New Orleans. I’m glad to say everything went smooth and my family and I can’t wait til our next vacation!!

Great house for a big group!

We loved this CO Springs home. Perfect for our larger group... 5 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 toddlers. Plenty of space. We loved the basement living room area with the huge TV, board/card games and a play area with toys! The kids loved the toys! Great location with beautiful views. We enjoyed cooking meals in the large kitchen and soaking in the outdoor hot tub in the evenings. Lauri made sure we had everything we needed and was pleasant and helpful. There are shopping and grocery stores nearby also. We highly recommend the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo! Thanks for a great stay!!

Fantastic property perfect location!

We had a large group of 12 people and we fit just great in this property. We were very centrally located to all the activities that we wanted to do. Cave of the winds, shopping, pikes peak, and just a hour drive down to do white water rafting! The outdoor patio and hot tub were by far the biggest hits! It was a great shaded area with plenty of seating. The only thing I can say is we WAY over packed with all the amenities provided in the home, we were way over prepared and didn't even need most of what we packed! Having 2.5 bathrooms is also super helpful with a large group! The owner was so pleasant and great to work with and even checked in to make sure we didn't need anything! We were 1st time users of vrbo.com and I can say we are sold. I hope all our future vacation rentals go this well! Thanks again Lauri and Family for the use of your beautiful home, we didn't want to leave!!

Excellent Family Getaway!

If you are looking for a place to stay with your family, then look no further! My extended family and I stayed here for a full week and we loved it so much we did not want to leave. The house was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities that you could ask for. I have never done VRBO before, so this was our first experience, and it was the best. Lauri and Jimmy were so thoughtful in everything, and I loved the basket of "helpful" guides for our vacation. If you ever need anything Lauri and Jimmy are only a text or phone call away and they take care of it immediately. I could not and will not go back to spending another night in a hotel. They even left helpful tips for their favorite eateries and everything. Amazing house, amazing place, and amazing renters. Thanks Lauri and Jimmy for making our Colorado vacation an experience that we will never forget. And before I forget, the HOT TUB was AMAZING!

Wonderful Place! Stay here!

This house and owners were awesome! We were delayed getting in from Texas and the owners were very accomodating. We arrived to some Colorado treats, a lit Christmas tree and a warm, clean and sparkling house and there was a beautiful view from the living room window. It was the perfect set up for our family and very convenient to get to all the areas we needed to be for this trip. We also met their very sweet neighbors. My kids enjoyed the cable TV and my husband was able to work using the internet. The downstairs was great for the kids to hang out and our dog loved the back yard but never would try the doggy door. The bathrooms had plenty wonderful cozy towels. There is a complete notebook with house details and restaurant ideas (we had great pizza one night). We had a couple of questions while there and we were able to contact the owners quickly and easily. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. Thank you! The Cooper's

Quiet Neighborhood

House was great for us and our two dogs. Could use new blinds in front window. If you try to open them they just fall off. Laundry area could use some detailed cleaning. We only used one of the bedrooms. It was good. Overall house was good for our needs.

Great Place, Great Location, Great Stay!

We needed a home to stay in for a week. Checking in was easy; house has book with step by step guide and was VERY clean. Laurie was extremely friendly and very responsive. The house is a great size for what we needed (4 adults, 3 kids ages 5 and 17), and 3 assistance animals. The yard was a great size for our three large dogs. The location is in a great location in town; close to many amenities. Things that I think you should know about that could aid your decision-making process: The master bedroom does not include a full bathroom: has sink and toilet. Nearest bathroom is in the hallway. All bedrooms are average size and well appointed. The supplied entertainment amenities included books and board games downstairs (really awesome treat), I think there was a game console somewhere; we didn't use or ask for it. All TVs are smart TVs w/ plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen was fully loaded w/ pots and pans, dishes, and cookware/cutlery to support adults and young children. We loved having plastic plates and cups for our young child which eliminated any added risk of young kiddos dropping or breaking someone's plates and glassware. We picked this house not only for all the entertainment and living conveniences but for the relaxation and recovery amenity of the hot tub One drawback was that half of the hot tub was not functioning properly. I reached out to Laurie and she is working to repair it. Even still, it was an amazing stay and met every need that we had.

Perfect House

11 family members and still plenty of room to enjoy each other, and still enough room to avoid each other when needed. Loved sitting on the front porch with the Mountain View. Great location close to all activities.

Great House For Large Groups

Seven of us came for a wedding and the house suited our needs perfectly. The backyard is a perfect place to unwind and the house with its 5 bedrooms has plenty of space to spread out.

Highly Recommend

Lauri is an excellent host. She is thoughtful and very responsive. The house is well stocked with plenty of space. You can see Pikes Peak outside the front door! The hot tub is lovely. Location is great, close to groceries, Old Colorado City, & downtown.

Week long Stay

Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was stocked with all necessities and is just as described. The adults enjoyed the hot tub while the kids had plenty to play with in the downstairs family room. Thank you for sharing your home. We will definitely be back.

Great house and area
