"Our family of four (2 adults and 2 HS age teens) had a great stay at the cottage. We were visiting Colorado College for our older son but this ended up being so much more than a college visit trip! The location of the cottage is in perfect for eating out, nice walks and hopping onto the highway to go visit the garden of the gods and Manitou Springs. The accommodations are super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it!"

"This home is beautifully renovated with a wonderful set up, very clean, mountain views, and in a fantastic location. Short walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Very short drive to the manitou incline and cog railway. The only reason for a less than perfect rating is that it lists a hot tub as an amenity but there is not actually one available. The reason for our trip was to hike the manitou incline, and we specifically tried to pick a place to stay with a hot tub to...

"We were in town for a convention at the Broadmoor. We were looking for something off-site but a quick walk or uber. This fit all of our needs. The updated spaces, finishes, and layout made be feel as though I was staying in a mountain retreat. The natural light and windows were incredible. The house itself was great had everything we needed. We did have some issues with internet that the host was able to quickly resolve. "What a perfect location! A short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Red Rock Canyon, and lots of great restaurants and breweries. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. The coffee and snacks available were a nice touch. Private parking space was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!"

Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice."
