The water temperature from the sink and the shower are two different temperatures. The shower is always cooler. "Everything was excellent except for check-in. It started at 4:30 and as expected, there was a long line. There were 4 staff at the counter for check-in but I waited over an hour to get checked in because only one was helping to get guests checked in. I have been to many hotels, and many for conferences/conventions where there were many more people, but it was efficient because many staff were scheduled to help with the process."
