"My wife, 3 year old son and I all really enjoyed our stay in Nesso. It was a peaceful town to stay in with a short walk to the market and waterfall and there was a private place to park. It is also located right next to the bus stop if wanting to go to Como or Bellagio by bus instead of driving. La comunicazione con il proprietario scarsa, le luci dell atrio e del boschetto bruciate quindi risultava inagibile di sera e non in sicurezza. La tv solo in tedesco. "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa, très bien située sur les hauteurs du lac de Côme avec une vue magnifique ! La maison était très propre et parfaitement équipée, le village est accessible à pied (restaurants, bar et plage en contrebas) et les explications pour y accéder étaient très claires."

When we first arrived I emailed the person at the management company and copied the two gentleman that the info in the unit said I should contact a couple questions and was ghosted. "It was great to look at the lake. Just be prepared for a lot of stairs and narrow streets with a lot of turns. Some of the issues were that there was still some food left in the fridge, the garbage wasn't clean, the hot water finishes pretty quickly!"

"Charming house with lovely view. Positives were the open plan central floor where we could all meet, and the view from the top floor bedroom. Negatives were the regular power cuts, the smaller bedrooms are hot without AC, and the walk to Menaggio is 30 minutes and of questionable safety in sections. Overall we had a delightful stay, a great time was had by all and George was really helpful !"

"Upon arrival, we were greeted to dirty dishes, smelly refrigerator, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryer as well as a lack of cleaning of the property and a number of broken items. Contacted the management company who asked for us to send pictures which we did and they subsequently sent cleaners over who did the bare minimum as they only vacuumed the main floor, not the other floors. "Clean very convenient, close to restaurants. Spacious, has kitchen. Staff are very attentive. Feel like more air b&b with on site staff. Paid extra for lake view, not sure really need it, most of the time, we spent on lake side area with excellent view and scenery. "

"The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. "
