Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The property was listed as available for booking, so I made the reservation online and received a booking confirmation. Shortly afterwards, I received a message from the property owner saying: Hello, this booking is not available. Please may you cancel. I replied that I had already paid for the booking online and asked the owner to contact Expedia directly if there was an issue. The owner then responded: It's fine. Come on. See you. Thanks. Based on this, I understood that my reservation was confirmed and that there were no further issues. However, I later received a notification from Expedia stating that my reservation had been cancelled by the host. This was confusing because the host had explicitly told me that everything was fine and to proceed with my stay.
