"We had a great stay! They have amazing staff, nice and clean rooms, good size bathroom, swimming pool and whirpool and also a great IHOP restaurant for breakfast downstairs. "

"Stayed on the 16th floor with waterfall views of American and Horseshoe Falls. I could sit in front of that window all night long. There were some dead bugs on the window ledge which I quickly cleaned up for obvious reasons. The beds were very comfortable and never used the TV since the views were that spectacular. The one negative thing was the tub. Strange bottom, shaped like a U, not flat. Tub was very slippery.
Aside from all of that, the stay was excellent. We ate one night at their Italian restaurant overlooking the falls. Pricy but excellent."
"Great room. Didnt know parking was $60, but theres $10 parking a block over. Hot tub didnt have hot n cold indicators, so we had tonwait for it to cool off. Definitely going again next yr. Hopefully the fires will be gone."
"We were very pleased with the service and support. The beds were fairly comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful and so accommodating. The breakfast options were amazing. I would just suggest the curators consider changing the material of the flooring around the pool and hot tub. It is very slippery and a fall risk. Overall we had a lovely experience."
