"This is a beautiful unit located one block from the beach. We appreciated that it was in a relatively quiet residential area, with shops and restaurants easily in walking distance. I also liked the fact that a small grocery store was nearby. Well, the property is a little older. It is very well maintained. I can’t say enough about the property owner Melina, who went out of her way to accommodate us on our stay. I would highly recommend this property based on location, affordability, and easy access to the beach as well as local shopping and dining."

"Absolutely the ideal place for a vacation. Tons to do within a very short distance if you want to stay busy, but a beautiful place to hang out if you just want to relax by the pool with the most picturesque views imaginable. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The information provided by the host for local amenities and available activities was spot-on. I would recommend this property to anyone I know."

Tons of restaurants, souvenirs and even grocery stores within walking distance. Good breakfast every morning. "This trip was a quick four day trip to Costa Rica. I just wanted a clean room on the beach. It was very economically priced. The room was clean and spacious. This is not the normal resort or hotel I would stay in but it was excellent for what I was looking for on this trip. I usually stay at nicer much more expensive, all inclusive resorts where its a mile to the food, or beach. This one is right on the beach. About a 15 minute walk or $4 Uber ride to town. That allowed for us to sample the local food and drinks off-property. There's a pool which I didn't use. There's an on-site restaurant/bar. The staff is amazing. No frowns and everyone was super helpful. I know a little Spanish and some of the team knows a little English. Most of them speak English. Freddy and Angel at the bar were very attentive and helpful. I didnt see the inflated prices some guests complained of at the bar. Service was excellent. Freddy brought us chairs and drinks to the beach. Angel checked on us for drink orders. Sunsets here are amazing!"

"The stay was amazing! Ilya was absolutely the BEST host I’ve ever experienced over all of my travels! He gave us a full tour of the unit and property. We felt totally comfortable staying there. It is in a relatively convenient location and it felt safe. Ilya helped with recommendations and even arranged transportation from the airport. The unit had everything we could possibly need (including a washer and dryer). Absolutely fantastic!"
