The property was clean and well maintained. Seeing the monkeys between the pool and the beach was great. The food was good but sometimes was of less quality than expected (this was my 3rd all inclusive vacation this year). The main building of the resort needs an update. It felt dated.

I really enjoyed my stay.The staff was amazing,the rooms were very clean and breakfast was very good.I didn’t like the fact of no elevators,we had to carry luggage up the steps and walk outside in the dark path of trees with the animals running around.

Overall planet Hollywood is a chill resort. There isn’t much to do after 7pm. The pools and bars close early. If you want something off the grid ish and just want to relax then it it’s ok for the price. Food was just ok, many of the restaurants use a lot of salt. Staff is very friendly.

Resort is secluded. Not able to walk to anything close. Food is excellent... very flavorful. Rooms are average. Nothing extravagant. Experienced minor maintenance issues with our room. Best to book excursions online before arrival. Staff courteous. Will return to Costa Rica but won't stay at Planet Hollywood. Definitely over-rated.

The staff and workers were nice and polite at all time. There was no hot water which it difficult to get ready to travel home. I called twice, told the front desk while checking out. Nothing was done or offered for the inconvenience. The food was delicious especially at the speciality restaurants.

Good food. Helpful staff. Clean and quiet room. Nice property overall situated in the middle of the "jungle" with monkeys, birds and wildlife. It would be nice though if you could have the kayaks for more than only one hour at the time.
