"This place was awesome from the beginning in making the reservations the communication was excellent and the step-by-step process of obtaining the keys, etc. was smooth, upon entering the houseboat we were in awe of the cleanliness and it looked like a new houseboat. The decor was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends, and we are thinking of booking another trip in the fall. I loved all the special touches like the two Voss bottles of water in the refrigerator...

"Great hotel right on King St. We stayed on the 12th floor in a suite with a kitchen. Starbucks and Swamp Fox Restaurant are in the building. Had to pay for valet parking but they let us park until like 8pm the next day when we checked out at 1pm."
