"Pros: 3 pools, hot tub, lazy river, great location, lobby was clean, room was pretty clean, great breakfast and good coffee Cons: 2 live spiders in rm & hallway, needs updates and major maintenance (our sprinkler near ceiling was a hole), mold in bathroom, filthy door, nasty carpet, no grout in tile floor, entire fire alarm system went off at 4:45am so everyone went outside waiting for ok from FD, missing tiles throughout ALL pools/ lazy river "

"overall the hotel was great , a few things needed to be clearer, like beach rentals should be discussed at check in so theres no confusion . it was a little of an inconvenience to do so , also they should really let everyone know at check in again that kids eat free breakfast lunch and dinner at hotel restaurant. Also only 1 elevator worked so that was a little of an inconvenience, but otherwise it was great, clean , staff was amazing and location is superb oh and and one last thing the hotel beds were super comfortable !"

"It’s right on the water but houses different views. We booked a 2 queen dune room and found it comfortable but the bathroom is very small. The staff were great and it offers a nice little breakfast. The walkway to the beach is smooth enough to pull a cart or walk. The gazebo gives a great view of the ocean and the convenience of two pools was even a plus. Lots of small shops and places to eat near by. We would stay again."

"Having a room with an ocean view is truly rejuvenating. The room is clean and tidy, and although the bathroom is a little small, it’s perfectly fine. The pool bar is really nice, and being able to eat outside in such a beautiful and cozy atmosphere is a great plus! I thought the breakfast was a little expensive for a typical American breakfast, although you can get refills. The service overall is very friendly, and I would definitely stay there again for one or several nights. The beach is right behind the hotel, with chairs and umbrellas available, and there’s also the pool. So, there’s definitely no shortage of things to enjoy! Gracias"
