"Had an outstanding stay at the Hyatt Blackfriars. Staff were very friendly and worked hard to accommodate requests, even in the late hours when we came in many nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lattes were great( love those little cookies that come with them). A very walkable area to all key sights. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

Unfortunately the sink in the bathroom was very slow to empty, if we’d stayed more than one night I would have got it looked at. The shower doesn’t have a door as such & the water goes all over bathroom floor which could make it slippery, it either needs a door or the shower tray should be deeper. But apart from that I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice & variety. "

Everything was very nice overall, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I did notice that the gluten-free options at breakfast were quite limited.
Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free or gluten free. As dietary needs like gluten and lactose intolerance are not uncommon, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options, clearly marked, in the future.
