"Got 1 bedroom with kitchen. Unit is decently clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Not a lot of people in the area, because it’s after summer and not ski season. We enjoyed that too! There’s Safeway about 12 mins away to get essentials. Great location to see Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake and Tahoe City."

"Home was clean...except for cobwebs up a bit higher than the cleaners did. Decks were not too usable as they were covered with pine needles. Otherwise, facilities were good, manageable, directions to open and close house were good. We only did breakfast there, rest of the day was with family. Good location."

"Loved how clean and quiet this compact little cabin was. Appreciated the thoughtful things supplied and the ability to bring our dogs with us. Lots of hiking in the area and even a little trail and lookout deck over the river at the back of the property. Would definitely recommend or come again in future."

"Great cabin on the Truckee River! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and very dog friendly! We walked the trail along the river, barbecue every evening on the amazing deck, enjoyed the sounds of the river and creek, drove to Donner Lake and Truckee, and had a very relaxing time. My dog loved the river and creek which are steps from the cabin.Cabin was well equipped, comfortable and had everything we needed. You can tell it is a very loved home!Jackie was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful with answering all my questions!We will be back"
