"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"It is a beautiful hotel in a glorious position but mostly all staff are so kind and helpful, friendly and smiling even though the phone never stops. The room was immaculate and bed superbly comfortable. My only complaint was that I needed and booked and double checked to have 5.15am wake up call. This was not done until 5.37am when my taxi arrived!! Good thing I used my phone alarm! The staff member was apologetic. "

"We stayed here for our annual weekender to Benidorm. It was conveniently located to all the bars, the beach and nightlife. The hotel had great facilities, breakfast included and two outdoor pools all for reasonable rates. The staff were courteous and helpful when needed. Our room was comfortable and clean.
