Amazing stay with Family

Large clean apartment and just off the Main Street which means you were away from people passing. Great location near all the pubs but the apartments is set back from it so very quiet. Great stay! Thank you

Spotless very clean very modern …ideal for a base everything you need all new fridge freezer / washer / sofa / kitchen utensils etc Be aware it does state no pool access there is also no balcony and windows only open slightly but excellent Air con in bedroom and living room.

Home from home

Nice apartments got everything you need, very comfortable & a good location to new & old town also close to levante beach. Only criticism although there are bars just next to the hotel it would have been nice to have outside space to sit in as the apartments have no access to the outside space with pool & sunbed access, so for us we paid 12 euros a day for a bed on the beach. But if you just want a clean modern place to stay this is it.

Sonrisa Deluxe Apartments Levante provided the best hotel experience I've ever had in Europe. If you don't need access to a swimming pool or daily room service, and getting a good night's sleep is important to you, then this is the perfect place to stay. The location is amazing (a couple minutes from the English Square and the beach). The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and have all the amenities...fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and even a washer for laundry. The sleeping situation couldn't have been better...an incredibly comfortable mattress and I know this sounds crazy in Benidorm but absolutely no outside noise. Finally, Nico, the hotel representative, was great to work with. 11 out of 10 stars!

Excellent location. The customer service was a little poor because they didn't contact me because I have a phone with an american number (other properties use WhatsApp). I need to contact them to organize the check-in. Additionally, we were unable to use the property's amenities, such as the pool.

Fabulous

Quite difficult for taxi driver to find. As located between two streets. However the location is absolutely perfect. 10 min walk to old town. 5 mins from the beach. The gate behind opens up to the start of the strip. But its not noisy. The apartment is very spacious. Good quality furnishings, comfortable beds. Has everything you need to cook a meal. Towels weren't changed over the 4 days and got a bit dirty. Plus I do think given the quality of everything else the towels were old and need updating. This would be my only criticism. Its probably the best Benidorm accommodation we've stayed in, and will 100% book next year if its available.

Perfect for short stay

Really clean, bright and well a/c apartment. Very good communications - just be patient & they will call/email you well before you arrive on the day. Key brought to you in 1 minute at the door when you call them on arrival. Supermarket very close by for essentials.

Great location and very quiet. Everything you could need. Nico - what an accommodating guy! All apartments are on the first floor which is great if like me, you don’t like being too high up (no lift though but stairs aren’t too steep).

Prima kamer. Alles netjes en nieuw. Van alles voorzien: wasmachine, droog rek, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, föhn. Pannen zijn helaas niet echt best waardoor het koken wat moeizaam ging. Uitzicht beetje jammer en geen balkon. Alles op loopafstand. Al met al prima hotel. ( douche putje liep slecht door )
